Hiring one of our luxury marquees is the perfect way to achieve the event of your dreams! Our 6 step hire process makes marquee hire simple, which means you always know what happens next. One accountable team plans, installs and signs off your event-ready space.

Step 1: Enquiry

Tell us your event details. We’ll discuss your marquee needs and recommend styles to suit the occasion.

Share date, guest numbers, venue/location, and any inspiration. We’ll confirm availability and next steps.
Step 2: Free site visit

Our Site team visits your venue to measure space, check access, and advise on the best setup.

We review ground conditions, power/water, vehicle access, slopes, trees and underground services.
Step 3: Tailored quote & design

Receive a clear quote and a detailed layout plan, tailored to your requirements.

We include marquee size, linings, flooring, lighting, furniture, heating/cooling and delivery/installation timings.
Step 4: Build & styling

Our crew installs the marquee, flooring and finishes, then completes safety checks and a walk-through with you.

We level floors where needed, rig lighting, lay power cabling neatly, and dress interiors to the agreed design.
Step 5: Celebrate

Your marquee is ready for the big day — perfectly styled and on time.

We remain on call during your hire period and can coordinate with caterers, bands, and other suppliers.
Step 6: Takedown

After the event, we dismantle and clear the site promptly — leaving everything just as we found it.

We remove all equipment, recycle materials where possible, and complete a final site check with you or the venue.

They were brilliant, arrived when they said they would, had the Marquee up no time, came back to fix an issue (not their fault) they were having with the electrics asap, staff were super friendly and couldn't have been helpful. They even went back to their yard to try and find an unusual adapter for our generator (which wasn't hired through them) just to help us out.
